The Multi-Channel Superluminescent Diode Light Source (Multi-SLED) Integrated Spectral Bench (ISB2) is a compact, broadband light source built on DAYY’s proprietary butterfly package technology.

Enclosing up to six superluminescent diodes (SLEDs) with integrated monitoring, cooling, and control, the ISB2 provides seamless spectral stitching for extensive coverage in the near-infrared range. With a turnkey design and multiple interface options, it delivers flexibility, stability, and ease of use for advanced photonics applications.

  • Multiple communication interfaces: USB, RS-232, Ethernet
  • Each SLED comes with a built-in independent monitor photodiode and one common thermoelectric cooler (TEC) for all SLEDs
  • Internally optimized for maximum coupling efficiency with single-mode or PM fiber
  • Monolithic integration of a Broadband Dual Stage PMF Isolator (35dB)
  • Light output: AR Coated Sapphire Window
  • User-friendly GUI and custom API available for test automation
